For three generations our family business has been ranching - running both cattle and horses.
We continue to run cattle the old fashioned way; a cowboy, his horse and his dog.
Our operation is in sync with nature: the seasons and the climate, and one that is environmentally sustainable.
Our cattle spend their time contently grazing natural grasses and seeded pastures, a low stress environment providing a truly remarkable product for our customers.
Our family eats what we raise, so we ensure our beef is free from growth promotants, antibiotics and our cattle do not consume any corn or grains:

To prepare our Grass Fed Beef for your table we have developed a relationship with a small family company who also shares our old fashioned values.
Here the cattle are inspected by the Provincial Inspection Department; thereby insuring a quality product. Our beef is then dry aged, then processed the old fashioned way to attain more flavor!
