Our beef is raised on local pastures in the Cariboo of BC, in all seasons- outdoors in all temperatures, never housed indoors.
We emphasize a natural weight gain, raised in sync with nature's cycles.

What is fresh? Cut, wrapped and frozen meat is fresher as the possibility of problem bacteria is not an issue. Our meat is cut and flash frozen which retains important vitamins and nutrients!
Grass Fed Beef has more flavor!
Most people who try our product will become consumers for life!
Why is it more expensive?
Simply put it takes much more time to grow, more acreage and labor to finish an animal, up to a year longer than grain fed beef!
Muscle and fat develops slowly, the way it is intended by nature. We work with the genetics of the animal as well as the growth cycle of the forage.
Grass fed beef is closer to moose, deer, elk, bison, in flavor and texture!
Grass fed meat is higher in vitamins, omega 3's, conjugated linoleic acid (linked to the aid in the prevention of cancer). Vitamin A, E, B1 + B2 are more available. With grass fed beef, zinc and iron are easier to assimilate.
People with a gluten intolerance or Celiac disease are generally able to consume grass fed meat!
Grass Fed Beef is Low in saturated fat which is linked to heart disease.
